Yoshi's Wooly World for the Wii U is an easy to play and relaxing adventure for people of all ages. 2-player mode is also available, allowing the player to play with a friend, allowing two times the fun. Wooly World is full of content, and I have had it for a month and I'm only on World 3.

“Yoshi’s Woolly World” is a side-scrolling style platform game developed by Good-Feel and released by Nintendo. This will be the second version to have only one character – Yoshi since the “Yoshi’s Story” version was released in 1997 on Nintendo 64, as well as the spiritual successor to the “Kirby’s” game from Epic Yarn 2010. With gameplay similar to Good-Feel’s “Kirby’s Epic Yarn” games, players will be able to play the protagonist of the game, Yoshi, and will explore the world together, where Characters and environments in the game are made up of yarn and fabric. The game retains much of Yoshi’s movement from the “Yoshi’s Island” game series, including using his tongue to swallow enemies and using his flutter jump to reach high areas. The game is set on an island that contains many Yarn Yoshis of varying patterns, the evil Magikoopa Kamek turns nearly all the Yoshis into bundles of yarn for his master Baby Bowser, scattering them across different worlds. However, two Yoshis manage to avoid being transformed themselves, and they set off to pursue Kamek and rescue their woolly friends. After traveling through six different worlds, Yoshi manages to storm Baby Bowser’s castle. When Yoshis reach Baby Bowser, Kamek reveals that he stole the yarn so that he could use it to grow Baby Bowser to a much larger size. After battling Baby Bowser, the Yoshis rescue their friends from Kamek and Baby Bowser. Kamek and Baby Bowser fly away but crash land on the moon.

Yoshi’s Wooly World for WiiU and 3DS is a three-dimensional, family friendly platformer set in a world made of yarn. It has been announced in 2014 for Wii U during E3 2014 by Nintendo and debuted a year later, with its 3DS port being revealed at Nintendo direct event in September. In Yoshi’s Wooly World, we play as titular, green dinosaur Yoshi, one of the best known mascots of the Japanese company, appearing in countless titles of the producer and even in a few games of his own. In case of 3DS version, creators prepared new levels that were not present in original Wii U release. They introduce players to a new hero, a dog namedPoochy.
Game mechanics
Yoshi’s Wooly World expands on concept first seen in Kirby’s Epic Yarn, which debuted on Wii U in 2010. Many of its features are based on Yoshi’s Island series, with the game being a classic 2.5D platformer. The main hero is followed by eggs, which can be thrown at chosen targets or surrounding objects. Thanks to the whole world being made of yarn, we can rip some parts of it to uncover new paths and secrets. The title offers cooperation mode for two players, offering more ways of playing it.
