The three bead sizes in Yoshi's Woolly World Beads are collectibles that appear in Yoshi's Woolly World and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World, based on the items of the same name that appear in Kirby's Epic Yarn. They are found simply floating, after hitting Winged Clouds, or after pulling bows to unravel parts the scenery, among other methods. They come in different colors and sizes. Small-sized ones are worth one bead, while medium-sized ones are worth five beads, and big-sized ones are worth ten beads. Beads also appear on the goal roulette, along with the Smiley Flowers the player has collected. Some beads—20 in each level—contain Stamp Patches. There is no distinguishing feature about beads containing stamp patches, but once the player has completed the level, previously collected beads with stamp patches will be marked with a small icon on subsequent playthroughs. Stamp patch beads can also be indicated by purchasing the 'See hidden items!' Power Badge, which surrounds the specific bead with a glow. Players can obtain beads by touching the bead with Yoshi himself, or touching the bead using wool thrown by Yoshi. Some beads are only collectable/visible when the player reaches a certain location on the screen or hits a winged cloud. Beads can also be obtained using Yoshi's tongue after purchasing the 'Grab items with Yoshi's tongue!' power badge or are automatically magnetised to Yoshi with the 'Pull items towards you with magnetic force!' power badge. Beads can be used to purchase Power Badges for the upcoming/current course that will aid Yoshi in his quest. Costs range from 500 beads to 7500 beads, depending on the Badge's strength. The maximum number of beads a player can collect is 999,999. The total no longer appears onscreen if more beads are collected after the limit is reached. Collecting 999,999 beads is not necessary for 100% completion of the game. In Yoshi Theater, exclusive to Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World, if a viewer gets a question right, they will receive 500 beads. Up Shuttlethread Pass is the sixth level of World 5 in Yoshi's Woolly World.
Layout[edit]The level starts with some snaking platforms. Yoshi must fall down to the Flipper below to make it to a door leading to the other side, then follow the path up and eat the edible wall. After exiting through the door all the way to the right and exiting back to the beginning, Yoshi will cross some Hook Guys, and must enter the next door encountered. After approaching a Miss Cluck, Yoshi must defeat it, then hit a Winged Cloud directly above it to bounce on a Spring Ball and jump up and over to the right, where the first checkpoint awaits. Yoshi must then move to the left, enter the door, and follow the next snaking platform. Yoshi must then get off of it immediately after it forms a staircase, then follow the next snaking platforms to another door. Yoshi must then hit a hidden Winged Cloud directly above a Flipper to reveal a path to another door across the Flippers, then enter that door and high jump on a Spring Ball. He must then head to the left to enter a door above a Snoot, and follow a series of Miss Clucks to the second checkpoint. After moving left, Yoshi must follow a series of alternating snaking platforms upward to some Snoots, then head left to defeat a Snoot and enter another door, followed by another. Yoshi must then cross the path of the more snaking platforms and enter the door at the end. He will end up in a room with many Peeplys. Afterwards, Yoshi will cross one final gauntlet of snaking platforms, followed by two Snoots and a Spring Ball leading directly to the goal roulette. Collectibles[edit]Smiley Flowers[edit]
